HOW IT ALL BEGAN ?

20 years ago when everybody would be racing towards the cities or beaches, Godfrey Lawrence did the reverse. Today, his regular guests vouch for the place and are grateful to him for creating a paradise in Goa for de-stressing. This probably is the only resort in Goa which does not encourage TINY TOTS upto the age of 7 years for the benefit of the guests, who crave for the peace & quiet. Godfrey says,''Its hard for his pocket, but its a principle that cannot waver. Today many come for the principle that is maintained.''

The farm sector helps the kitchen with some of the vegetables, meat products and has its regular patronage for mangoes, kokum, jambul, cahew and its nuts, besides, coconuts, bananas, papayas, custard-apples and pineapples, etc.

The Food !! That being Godfrey's strong point, made him venture into a far getaway. A Chef by hobby, comes from a family who were in food business. The Goan and Portuguese cuisine in its almost organic preparations is something to cherish about. You can even get some tips for easy cooking.

The Accomodation !! This 25 acre property has only 12 ethnic cottages, blending quaintly into the lush green landscape.
