Godfrey's Indian Retreat brings to you an experience of a lifetime.
We give you an oppurtunity to spend time with nature
while on your vacation to Goa. Your stay is enhanced with the presence
of our elephants Raja and Rani, who are always delighted to see
you in their midst.
The Indian Retreat is a nature's getaway situated in North Goa,
India. The "Jungle Affairs" brings you closer to nature.
You can choose to spend an entire day admist natural surroundings
of flora and fauna or spend a night with us and experience the nocturnal
life of nature.
Our Day Trips consist of the following
- Pick up from Hotel/Airport
(Leave your luggage worries to us).
- If you are staying between Calangute,
Candolim or Anjuna, its only a one hour drive.
- On arrival, you are welcomed
with flowers and Indian Breakfast.
- You are then escorted
to the cottages thereafter and introduced to Raja and Rani, our
Indian Elephants.
- Binaa is a
35 year old elephant, expert in Bathing and showering you.
- Mowgli is a
8 year old BABY Elephant, very cheeky and loves people riding
on her, in the woods.
- Experience
feeding them, they simply love to be pampered.
- Lunch by the Poolside on
the Hills.
- Siesta
or Jacuzzi between 2:30pm and 3:30pm.

- Watch
the Elephants work amazingly with Timber.

Learn to dress the Indian Ethnic Costumes and Click a Picture
with the Indian Elephant.
- Have a Tug of War
with the Elephants.
- Learn about

how to ride the Elephants.
Our Day Trips commence from 8.30am till 3pm.
Cost: Rs 3500/- per guest.
(Includes transfers, Lunch, Snacks, Tea or Coffee, Elephant Ride for
15 minutes, Traditional program, Elephant Bathing & Showers in
clean water of the Chapora river). The Overnight Excursions
begin from 5pm till next day 3pm
Cost: Rs 5300/- per guest.
( Price includes Transfers, Taxes, All meals, various elephant programmes,
elegant cottages with attached baths & western toilets, swimming
pools with filtration plants, nature walks and traditional programmes.
Professional Ayurveda Massages will be at special discounted rates.).
The Overnight itinerary also includes

This rate is effective from 10th October till 20th Dec, 07 &
from 5th Jan,08 till 15th April,08. The rate from 21st Dec,07 till
4th Jan,08 shall be 25% above the normal price, due to the X'Mas
add ons.
