A Gourmet cuisine at the Poolside Shack -enjoy an all inclusive candle lit dinner with the Catch of the Day
- Lobsters or Tiger Prawns served with a glass of excellent wine. The food is served in traditional
clay vessels and banana leaves. the serving spoons are of coconut shells and bamboo. The Bar and Restaurant boast of
designer rustic tables and counters that blend well with the ethnic set up. Standing tall are the antique large bottles of
the local brew - Cashew and Palm Feni. All drinks are accompanied with roasted cashewnuts fresh from the farm. The
swimming pool is chlorine free having an ionizer and a filtration plant. It is only 5 feet deep. 2 metres away is the reading
pool - an open air jaccuzzi.
